{"Role Overview": "As a key member of our global trade credit team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation in the trade credit industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

* Co-ordinate and lead deal teams on offensive RFP's, leveraging your knowledge of the trade credit insurance marketplace to identify opportunities and drive growth.
* Engage with our global trade credit network to map global/regional opportunities, originating GB headquartered multinational client opportunities and supporting the global multinational teams where there is a GB subsidiary touchpoint.
* Foster a sales culture and ensure pipeline management in cooperation with the global and GB trade credit teams and with the broader WTW GB, product and regional teams.
* Unlock BOR opportunities with existing clients who use other trade credit brokers or are direct with insurers, utilizing your expertise to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue.
* Write sales plans and measure sales successes, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* Initiate sales and marketing activities, including industry and conference participation, to raise awareness of our trade credit solutions and drive growth.
* Assist in attracting talent, identifying and developing high-potential candidates to join our team.
* Participate in the global practice's aspirations around digitisation, technology and innovation as a key member of bespoke projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

* A relevant degree or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in business and trade credit insurance.
* Proven trade credit insurance experience, with a track record of delivering growth in the trade credit industry.
* Prior exposure to multinational programmes, with a deep understanding of the complexities and opportunities in this space.
* Trade credit insurance sales experience, with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth.
* Detailed knowledge of the trade credit insurance marketplace, with a deep understanding of the key players, trends, and opportunities.
* Proven ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in digitisation and technology solutions preferred, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing industry.
