We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Client Relationship Manager to oversee and nurture client partnerships from the initial stages through to successful execution, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and enhancing profitability. The successful candidate will exhibit outstanding leadership qualities, strategic insight, and a robust dedication to client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assume commercial responsibility for client partnerships, managing P&L and ensuring that pricing and profitability meet financial objectives.
  • Oversee service delivery and operational processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs, monitoring KPI performance, and analyzing client satisfaction feedback.
  • Facilitate and lead monthly and quarterly business evaluations, conducting client meetings as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to assist in project management for new business initiatives or client engagements.
  • Drive account development and expansion through strategic planning and recognizing opportunities for additional services.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and challenges, creating mitigation strategies and contingency plans as required.
  • Address and resolve account escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Guide and cultivate a high-performing team committed to client success.

  • Demonstrated success in customer account management, with an emphasis on resolving issues and enhancing solutions.
  • Strong business insight and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a history of developing and inspiring teams.
  • Client-focused approach with a strong passion for fostering and maintaining relationships.
  • Expertise in project management and problem-solving.
