Senior Event Manager Job Description

Corecruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Manager to join our team. As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing high-profile events, from initial concept to execution and post-event analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee logistics to ensure successful event execution.
  • Create and present event proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of each event.
  • Collaborate with venues and suppliers to ensure that events meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Support the planning and execution of regular media and VIP events, including on-site management and coordination.
  • Travel to client sites and venues as required, with occasional overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management, preferably from an event agency or corporate site.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Full clean driving license and ability to travel regularly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
