We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to become a vital part of our team within an Engineering organization. If you have a genuine interest in People and Culture, this position is tailored for you.

As the HR Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting the People & Culture Manager and the broader organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative duties, working closely with managers to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes, while also maintaining accurate and current master people data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and contract preparation.
  • Oversee the onboarding process in collaboration with line managers, ensuring all necessary equipment and uniforms are prepared, first-day activities are organized, and probation reviews are conducted.
  • Manage administrative functions, including offboarding procedures and the upkeep of People systems data.
  • Assist in updating People policies under the direction of the People & Culture Manager.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, organize events, recognize service milestones, and support other corporate functions.
  • Facilitate internal communication efforts.
  • Coordinate the procurement and distribution of uniforms and branded promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR administrative capacity, with a focus on onboarding.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and relevant legal standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Capability to identify and implement process enhancements.
