The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning of projects and organizing the maintenance team on the machinery, improving efficiencies and involved in CAPEX projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Control and manage maintenance activities using preventative measures to minimize risk of downtime.
- Ensure rapid response to breakdowns and efficient follow-up to identify corrective actions.
- Coordinate all activities associated with CAPEX applications and delivery of approved projects.
- Deliver great leadership and coaching to staff across the business.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all site engineering and maintenance activities, safely and within agreed budget.
- Ensure that all engineers and suppliers are compliant with SHEQ expectations.
Requirements:
- Engineering qualification.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
