Senior Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commissioning Engineer to join our tendering team at MWH Treatment, based in Derby with hybrid working available.
This role will report directly to the Commissioning Manager and will be responsible for creating tender stage commissioning proposals and programs for waste and water treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with a team of multi-disciplined engineers, providing technical support, specialist advice, and viable option evaluations.
- Work independently with limited supervision, identifying and highlighting commissioning risks and suggesting mitigations.
- Develop commissioning methods that minimize reliance on temporary plant and workarounds.
- Identify and list interfaces with other third-party equipment.
- Create a commissioning plan that ensures client operational equipment and plant performance are unaffected by the proposed works.
- Estimate resources required and potential duration for commissioning stages.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of commissioning proposals and programs for waste and water treatment projects, working closely with the Commissioning Manager and the wider team.
