HR CONSULTANT

We are pleased to present a remarkable opportunity to become a part of Comton Group, a prominent player in the automotive supply sector, as we seek a Lead HR Consultant to enhance our growing HR team.

As a Lead HR Consultant, you will be pivotal in fostering employee engagement, managing relations, and overseeing recruitment efforts, collaborating closely with our HR Manager on several new initiatives and programs set to launch in the near future.

Your responsibilities will include offering coaching, guidance, and support on a variety of human resource policies and procedures to organizational leaders, which encompasses:
  • Assessing employee performance
Maintaining positive employee relations.
Serve as the primary contact for all daily HR inquiries

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and client groups to ensure alignment between operational activities and the HR vision and strategy.
Build effective partnerships with designated client groups to ensure HR provides a value-added service that aligns with the broader organizational goals and objectives

  • Assist in the coordination of projects, change initiatives, and related strategic efforts
  • Offer coaching, guidance, and support on a range of human resource policies and procedures to business leaders, including but not limited to recruitment and retention, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Support and mentor leaders in interpreting company policies and procedures
  • Ensure that performance management challenges are recognized and addressed through advice and coaching to line managers
  • Actively participate in the HR team, contributing to the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives through involvement in Policy Deployment Development Review (PDPR) and related initiatives. This may include leading a project that influences strategic goals.
  • Aid in the collection of data and metrics to inform key business decisions.
A comprehensive generalist HR background is essential, with demonstrated experience in managing employee relations matters.

  • Proficient in PC usage and HR data systems
  • A valid UK driving license is required
