Utilizing proprietary technology, the Group employs AI data analytics gathered from its telematics units to refine algorithms that deliver solutions monitoring driver behavior, identifying crash incidents, and assessing vehicle health, thereby providing actionable insights to enhance the security and operational efficiency of both corporate fleets and individual drivers.

We are currently seeking a skilled Account Executive to become a vital part of our established Client Success team at our headquarters in Coleshill.

The Client Success team is a commercial unit tasked with onboarding new clients, facilitating customer trials, and managing renewals and upgrades for Trakm8's existing clientele.

The primary goal for the Account Executive within the Client Success Team is to minimize customer attrition and secure contract renewals and upgrades by advocating for our latest product offerings. The team is supported by dedicated technical resources to assist with the technical needs of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand Trakm8 accounts, nurturing client relationships and enhancing recurring revenue streams.
  • Meet performance indicators; achieving revenue targets, self-prospecting, and following up on incoming inquiries.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service in areas such as order fulfillment.
  • Proactively manage assigned accounts and commercial opportunities through regular meetings, management information packs, and quarterly reviews.
  • Effectively relay client requirements to Trakm8's development and operations teams.
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Identify new opportunities in the SME sector.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the telematics industry, emerging technologies, and communicate insights to senior management and relevant departments.
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of tenders.
  • Provide accurate and timely:
    • Forecasting
    • Reporting
    • Completion of visit reports
    • Customer development plans
  • Promote Trakm8 products and services for client utilization.
  • Represent Trakm8 at conferences and industry events.
  • Foster strong interdepartmental relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales environment (internal sales).
  • Proven account management experience.
  • Technical sales background preferred.
  • Experience engaging with senior management and SME business owners.
  • Exceptional presentation, questioning, and listening skills.
  • Documented success in consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Exemplary account management capabilities.
  • Strong project management understanding.
  • Ability to sell complex solutions.
  • Customer-focused approach.
