Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts, ensuring their business needs are met with excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Management: Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients, including ownership of their P&L and commercial management.
- Service Delivery and Operations: Oversee service delivery and operations to ensure SLA adherence, KPI variance, and satisfaction surveys are met.
- Business Reviews and Meetings: Prepare and chair monthly and quarterly business reviews and other client routine meetings to discuss account performance and growth opportunities.
- Project Management Support: Collaborate with project managers to lead new business introductions or client projects for your accounts.
- Account Evolution and Growth: Work with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for account evolution and growth.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and share risk and issue analysis, mitigation plans, and review contingencies to ensure timely resolution.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with excellent business acumen, experience in customer account management, and a proven track record of resolving complaints and improving solutions. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as leadership skills with a history of developing high-performing teams.
