We are seeking a dedicated Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic ATMS Team at Raytheon Technologies. This division is characterized by rapid growth and a robust sales outlook, presenting an exciting opportunity for professional development.

In this role, reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will deliver high-quality, precise, and actionable financial insights to the Sensors Finance and Programme teams.

The ideal candidate will possess the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment and will play a crucial role in the formulation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), the 5-Year Plan, as well as conducting Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) assessments, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses. This position is perfect for someone eager to enhance their skills while contributing to the successful execution of our existing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate across the Sensors UK business sectors to support the achievement of all performance metrics (bookings, sales, profit, cash). Assist in establishing targets for the AOP and five-year strategic plans. Aid the Program Execution Team with Quarterly EAC reporting. Support new business initiatives for Gate Reviews, including pricing strategies, basis-of-estimate development, foreign exchange management, and risk and opportunity assessments. Serve as the financial conscience of the organization, ensuring adherence to Business and Financial Policies. Provide financial insights to facilitate the business risk and opportunities process (development, analysis, mitigation, and review). Work closely with Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Programme Finance, and Central Finance Services to ensure effective communication on financial matters. Build and maintain a network with all stakeholders. Advocate for best practices and seek to enhance systems and processes. Assist the Finance Manager in developing insightful financial analyses to support new business investment decisions and pricing strategies. Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and provide decision support as needed.

Candidate Qualifications:

Essential:

Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred) Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving organization Strong commercial acumen Proactive, analytical, and inquisitive mindset Keen attention to detail and commitment to process adherence Highly organized and self-driven Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

Desirable:

Relevant commercial experience in a similar defense or complex contracting environment Experience in Project Accounting Familiarity with SAP, Cognos, and MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Existing security clearance or willingness to obtain necessary security clearance.
