Human Resources Business Partner Coordinator

Job Overview
The People Business Partnering team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the administration and coordination of significant organizational projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to support the Strategic People Business Partnering team, particularly in relation to trust-wide transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Strategic People Business Partner and Workstream leaders with workforce planning and essential administrative tasks related to major projects.
- Gather and organize data pertinent to transformation initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries directed to the People Business Partnering Team from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate hearings and appeals by liaising with panel members, management, and staff representatives to establish suitable dates and times. This includes reserving meeting spaces, sending calendar invitations, and preparing documentation for panel members.
- Oversee the administration of a database concerning HR-related issues.
- Manage the coordination of the job evaluation process within the organization. This entails reviewing job descriptions and matching request forms to ensure compliance with established formats, logging data into the database, assigning panel members, and confirming their availability for meetings. Additionally, provide feedback to managers regarding the outcomes of job matching panels.
