Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role
The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our People Business Partnering team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and business support services to our Strategic People Business Partnering team, focusing on trust-wide transformation projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Strategic People Business Partner and Workstream leads with workforce planning, including administrative tasks associated with trust-wide projects.
- Coordinate and collate data related to transformation projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently.
- Organize hearings and appeals, coordinating with panel members, management, and staff-side representatives to schedule mutually convenient dates and times.
- Manage the administration of maintaining a database of HR-related matters, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate the organization's job evaluation process, reviewing job descriptions, matching request forms, and logging data into the database.

Requirements
- Education to A-level or equivalent experience.
- Experience in HR administration, data collection, and analysis.
- Desirable: CIPD Level 3, experience with ESR.
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills, including high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently on multiple issues, with a high level of autonomy.
