Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Operations Resources. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team of Field Service Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve maintenance faults by scheduling Field Service Engineers to visit premises and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate the allocation of work to a team of engineers, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Manage the coordination of parts and materials, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicating with clients, customers, and engineers via email and client portal.
  • Pass security checks, including DBS (criminal records) checks, and undergo on-the-job training.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, involving duties such as call despatch, scheduling, planning of site visits, and record keeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and engineers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass security checks, including DBS (criminal records) checks.
