Job Overview

The Graduate Project is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is suited for a professional who excels in employee engagement, HR management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee training, growth opportunities, and performance evaluations to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies in accordance with employment regulations to ensure a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Lead the full cycle of hiring, including new employee integration and orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Cultivate a supportive and engaging work environment that prioritizes employee wellness and job satisfaction.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote team cohesion to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong experience in HR management with a solid understanding of HR policies and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office per week.
  • Competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours.
