Job title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Harlow (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic ATMS Team at Raytheon Technologies. This role is pivotal in a rapidly evolving sector with promising sales projections and significant growth opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Finance Business Partner will deliver high-quality, precise, and actionable financial insights to the Sensors Finance and Programme teams.
The ideal candidate will possess the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment and will play a crucial role in developing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), five-year strategic plans, quarterly estimates at completion (EACs), monthly forecasts, and variance analyses. This position is perfect for someone eager to enhance their skills and contribute to the successful execution of our existing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate across the Sensors UK business units to support the achievement of all performance metrics (bookings, sales, profit, cash). Assist in setting targets for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and five-year strategic plans. Support the Program Execution Team with Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting. Aid in the preparation of new business proposals for Gate Reviews, including pricing strategies, basis-of-estimate generation, foreign exchange management, and risk and opportunity assessments. Serve as the financial conscience of the organization, ensuring adherence to Business and Financial Policies. Provide financial insights to facilitate the business risk and opportunities process (development, analysis, mitigation, and review). Collaborate closely with Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Programme Finance, and Central Finance Services to ensure effective communication on financial matters. Build and maintain a network with all stakeholders. Advocate for best practices and seek opportunities to enhance systems and processes. Assist the Finance Manager in developing meaningful financial analyses to support investment decisions and pricing strategies. Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and provide decision support as needed.Candidate Qualifications:

Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organization Strong commercial acumen Proactive, analytical, and inquisitive mindset Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to processes Highly organized and self-driven Exceptional communication and presentation abilitiesDesirable:
Relevant commercial experience in a similar defense or complex contracting environment Experience in Project Accounting Familiarity with SAP, Cognos, and MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Existing security clearance or willingness to obtain a level of security clearance.#LI-MF1
