About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Raytheon UK. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial analysis and insight to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and maintain financial plans and models to support business growth and strategy.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate commercial acumen and understanding of business operations to provide insightful financial analysis.
  • Communication: Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on financial issues.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred or at final strategic level)
  • Experience: Relevant commercial experience in a similar defence or complex contracting environment
  • Skills: Commercially astute, proactive, analytical, and inquisitive with excellent communication and presentation skills
