About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director Investor Relations to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Executive Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the company of investors' perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and functional heads to assist with specific IR activities and communications.
- Lead the preparation of SEC filings with the legal and accounting staff.
- Support business development initiatives, including out and in license partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and executes research and analysis required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on investor relations and communications.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in the Healthcare sector, with pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting or financial modeling.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
