Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Accountant to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a strong background in financial accounting
- Advanced Excel and finance system skills
- Experience in a growing, performance-oriented industry
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
