Job Summary:

Rutherford Briant is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Supervisor to join their team of experienced professionals. As a key member of the Treasury team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 2, with growth potential, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of 2 initially, with growth potential, to ensure seamless execution of treasury operations.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, cash allocation, processing payments, and general ledger entries to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collect supplier guarantees and process payments within online banking platforms, including AP runs, payroll, or one-off payments.
  • Coordinate daily treasury queries and assist with internal and external audit requests to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare reporting for balance sheet FX exposure and assist in cash-flow forecasting and consolidation of European entities.
  • Bank administration and regulatory reporting as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a small team and a strong background in treasury operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience in a large corporate or group business.
