Rutherford Briant is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Supervisor to join our team of experienced professionals. As a key member of our global finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our treasury function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 2-3 treasury professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of treasury operations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.
- Bank Reconciliations: Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Cash Management: Manage cash flows and ensure adequate liquidity to meet business needs.
- Payment Processing: Process payments and ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a treasury or financial operations role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
