Treasury Supervisor

Rutherford Briant is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Supervisor to join their team in Essex/Herts. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 2, with growth potential, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 2, with a focus on developing their skills and expertise
• Manage bank reconciliations, cash allocation, and general ledger entries
• Process payments within online banking platforms, including AP runs, payroll, and one-off payments
• Coordinate daily treasury queries and assist with internal and external audit requests
• Prepare reporting for balance sheet FX exposure and assist in cash-flow forecasting
• Bank administration and regulatory reporting as required

Requirements:

• Experience managing a small team and FX experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a large corporate or group business
