Treasury Supervisor

Rutherford Briant is seeking an experienced Treasury Supervisor to join their team in Essex/Herts. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 2, managing bank reconciliations, cash allocation, and processing payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of 2 and provide guidance on financial operations
- Manage bank reconciliations, cash allocation, and processing payments
- Collect supplier guarantees and process payments within online banking platforms
- Assist with internal and external audit requests and prepare reporting for balance sheet FX exposure
- Contribute to cash-flow forecasting and consolidation of European entities
- Experience managing a small team and FX experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and experience in a large corporate or group business
- Hybrid and flexible working
