About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior R&D Finance Manager to join our team at Tevapharm. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and reporting processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving both short-term and long-term planning initiatives for our Innovative Medicine development programs and segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning and reporting processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving both short-term and long-term planning initiatives for our Innovative Medicine development programs and segments.
  • Provide strategic finance insights and updates to key stakeholders, including the leadership team and internal governance forums.
  • Support business development initiatives, acting as the R&D finance subject matter expert (SME) to ensure financial alignment and optimization of opportunities.
  • Serve as the finance liaison to external partners, aligning financial projections and commitments to drive mutual success.
  • Embrace additional ad hoc assignments, showcasing your agility and commitment to delivering exceptional results as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in economics/Accounting, MBA
  • Long and proven experience in senior finance roles in a Global pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of the R&D pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes and expense management of Innovative development programs
  • Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Financial experience in business development processes
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
  • Very high level and fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and intercultural competence
