R&D Finance Director

At Teva Pharmaceuticals, we are shaping the future of medicine by driving innovation in healthcare. As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy for our Innovative Medicines pipeline, focusing on Neuroscience and Immunology.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial planning and reporting processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving short-term and long-term planning initiatives for our Innovative Medicine development programs and segments.
- Collaborate with R&D Innovative Medicine projects and strategic pipeline teams, providing expert guidance to enhance forecast accuracy and elevate business performance.
- Participate in leadership team meetings and internal governance forums, offering strategic finance insights and updates to key stakeholders.
- Support business development initiatives, serving as the R&D finance subject matter expert to ensure financial alignment and optimization of opportunities.
- Act as the finance liaison to external partners, aligning financial projections and commitments to drive mutual success.
- Take on additional ad hoc assignments, demonstrating agility and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Bachelor's Degree in economics/Accounting, MBA
- Proven experience in senior finance roles in a Global pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge and understanding of the R&D pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes and expense management of Innovative development programs
- Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced process skills to manage and improve complex cross-functional processes
- Financial experience in business development processes
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and intercultural competence
