About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our EMEA Data Solutions Sales Team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our core product solutions in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop a sales strategy for the region and various markets, aligning with the overall regional commercial goals and global revenue plans.
  • Sales Incentive Plans: Design and implement sales incentive plans in collaboration with Country Leaders, defining targets for Sales Managers.
  • People Management: Manage and grow a team of exceptional sales managers across EMEA, actively coaching sales skills and overseeing incentive payout calculations.
  • Business Management: Forecast monthly revenue, manage and communicate contracted sales and pipeline, and establish best-in-class sales processes.
  • Client Management: Deliver on individual sales targets, growing share of wallet with key clients and role-modeling best-in-class sales skills to the team.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze sales data to provide insights on growth and shrinkage areas, and continuously improve and optimize our processes from invoicing to sales to reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management, including coaching and pipeline management.
  • Professional services/consulting/SAAS experience is a plus.
