Jobfinders is seeking a dedicated Office Administration Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of our corporate headquarters and associated locations.

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the daily functions of the office, ensuring that all staff, resources, and facilities are effectively maintained and operating efficiently.

In collaboration with the sales department, you will assist in preparing client quotations, oversee the renewals database, and contribute to delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
