Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
- Manage calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements and coordinating logistics for meetings.
- Draft and edit letters, reports, and other documents, as well as input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Work closely with other administrative staff and support other colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and senior staff.
- Sound knowledge of Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Confident in dealing with people at all levels, with a strong customer service focus.
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
