About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality support services for individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and dementia. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Extra Care support needs to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally. You will work closely with the individual's circle of support to empower them to achieve their life goals and promote independence and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support with personal care and domestic tasks
  • Supporting individuals to access the community and engage in social opportunities
  • Empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their care and support
  • Working collaboratively with the individual's circle of support to achieve their goals
