Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Wise May Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our Insurance company, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
- Calendar Management: Manage calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements and coordinating logistics for meetings.
- Document Preparation: Draft and edit letters, reports, and other documents, as well as input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Communication: Respond to queries and correspondence, and work closely with other administrative staff and colleagues to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and senior staff.
- Technical Skills: Have sound knowledge of Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate high levels of organization, with strong time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Possess great attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently complete tasks.
