We are seeking two enthusiastic Retail Team Leaders (permanent, full-time & part-time 32h) to become integral members of our Timberland family.

Your Role

As a Retail Team Leader, you will serve as a crucial connection between store management and sales associates, fostering exceptional service and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in enhancing sales and profitability.
  • Coach and inspire sales associates to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring the store is always ready for customers.
  • Maintain the store's visual appeal by adhering to brand merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Understand and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
What Makes You an Ideal Candidate?

You thrive in a collaborative environment that prioritizes exceptional service.

You possess experience in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and can take charge when needed.

A background in retail, particularly in fashion or lifestyle sectors, is preferred.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

You are proficient in MS Office and various POS systems.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential.
