Job Summary:

The Retail Appointment Live is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to lead our successful concession in a dynamic retail environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and drive business growth
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to ensure a compelling and engaging store environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail or concession management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team performance
