Job Title: Concession Supervisor

OTB Group is seeking a highly skilled Concession Supervisor to join our team at Dover Street Market. As a Concession Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity and maintenance of strategic standards and operational procedures to achieve company goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Support with recruitment and conduct performance/probation reviews to ensure the team is motivated and performing at its best.
  • Coach and motivate your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service, creating a customized experience for each customer.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability, achieving commercial targets through efficient and effective team organization and product presentation management.
  • Contribute to the improvement of commercial performance through technical knowledge of the product, numerical analysis of sales and stock, product rotation, and supervision of VM replenishment.

Requirements:
  • Customer orientation.
  • At least 1/2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager in fashion or luxury companies.
