About the Opportunity

This is a junior management position that will provide opportunities to develop leadership and management skills, in readiness for more senior roles in the future. As a Team Leader, you will be a role model for Puig behaviours and culture, reflecting the values of the Company with customers and colleagues. You will provide sales and day-to-day management support to the Business Manager, based in a key location, focusing on delivering Puig customer service standards and maintaining retail operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Brand Ambassador daily schedules
  • Organising temporary cover
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Developing the in-store relationship with the retailer and retailer floor/department manager

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a sales consultant/advisory role or team leader
  • Ideal experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion, luxury goods, or FMCG industry
  • Genuine passion and understanding of the fragrance and make-up industry
