This is a junior management position that will provide opportunities to develop leadership and management skills, in readiness for more senior roles in the future. As a Team Leader, you will be a role model for Puig behaviours and culture, reflecting the values of the Company with customers and colleagues. You will provide sales and day-to-day management support to the Business Manager, based in a key location, delivering Puig customer service standards alongside maintaining retail operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Brand Ambassador daily schedules
  • Organising temporary cover
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Developing the in-store relationship with the retailer and retailer floor/department Manager

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Sales Consultant/Advisory role or Team Leader
  • Ideal experience within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, Luxury Goods or FMCG industry
  • Genuine passion and understanding of the Fragrance and Make-Up industry
