Role Overview:

In this position, you will be instrumental in driving the success of your store by effectively managing and leading your team. Your focus will be on cultivating a culture of exceptional service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management team in leading and motivating a high-performing team of associates.
  • Foster a culture of outstanding customer service, ensuring our teams exceed customer expectations.
  • Support team members through development programs that promote career growth and talent retention.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all staff and customers.
  • Achieve financial targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store or Department Manager.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • A strong role model who mentors and shares knowledge to strengthen the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to inspire and engage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively to meet team goals.
  • A passion for customer service with a track record of excellence.
  • Awareness of local market trends and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
