Job Title: Residential Children's Home Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Children's Residential Home team in Chorley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide a comprehensive support network for our young people
  • Contribute to the development of our Accelerated Registered Manager Programme

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent
  • Experience leading a team shift for 12 months
  • Working with Children/Young people in a residential setting for at least 2 years
  • Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare
  • Willingness to undergo training and professional development
  • Experience in trauma-informed model of care
  • Knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements
  • Computer literacy
  • Driving licence
