Job Title: Senior Management Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our senior management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Registered Manager in delivering a high-quality, safe service to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Registered Manager in the delivery of a high-quality, safe service for all service users.
  • Manage the care delivery operations, ensuring all aspects of care are met promptly, effectively, and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Managers, Service Co-ordinators, ECM team, and care staff to ensure compliance with current legislation and CQC guidelines.
  • Ensure the Health & Safety Policy is understood and implemented, maintaining compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to a level 3 (or above) in health and social care.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of operational delivery of care within a home care sector, including assessment of standards, need for confidentiality, and person-centred care.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to learn.
