Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality care and education to children
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of children
- Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals
- Contribute to the commercial success of the nursery by managing expenditure and budget KPIs
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Experience in an Early Years leadership role, ideally as a Deputy Manager or similar
- Experience of participating in regulatory inspections, leading to a "Good" or "Outstanding" outcome
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
