About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Hurst Park Court in Huyton. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to achieve the home's goals and objectives
  • Provide support and guidance to care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care
