Deputy General Manager

The Deputy General Manager is a key member of the restaurant management team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This includes managing the selection, development, and performance of employees, as well as overseeing the inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a capacity of Deputy General Manager and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills. They will thrive under pressure in a high-turnover food environment and have a high level of enthusiasm and energy to inspire others.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily restaurant operations, including employee selection, development, and performance.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
- Optimize profits and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage all areas of the restaurant, making final decisions on important matters.
- Establish and accomplish business objectives.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
- Solid experience in a capacity of Deputy General Manager.
- Fantastic interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Thrives under pressure in a high-turnover food environment.
- High level of enthusiasm and energy to inspire others.
- High personal standards, genuine, and attentive.
- Must be available to work as late as midnight or later if necessary.
- Must possess the ability to recognize a problem when it arises and resolve it appropriately.
- Be willing to work overtime when needed and assist the workload of others.
- Ambitious and open to continual development.
- Hard working and prepared for challenges.
