We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our senior management team at Homecarers Liverpool. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality care services to our service users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the management of the Branch service office, ensuring that all aspects of care delivery are met promptly, effectively, and to a high standard.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager, Service Coordinators, ECM team, and Domiciliary care staff to continuously improve processes and standards, actively working with the HCL team and external bodies to provide a safe and efficient service at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational delivery of care within a home care sector, including assessment of standards, need for confidentiality, and person-centered care.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Registered Manager in the delivery of a high-quality, safe service for all service users.
- Managing the Branch service office, ensuring that all aspects of care delivery are met promptly, effectively, and to a high standard.
- Working with the Registered Manager, Service Coordinators, ECM team, and Domiciliary care staff to continuously improve processes and standards.
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and CQC guidelines relating to the delivery of care.
- Leading by example, demonstrating the HCL values every day in all areas of the role.
The successful candidate will be a qualified professional with a strong background in health and social care, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a range of different activities and focuses, managing their time to meet deadlines.
