Job Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Flute, Liverpool. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager and working together to create and deliver your vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, coach and mentor your team to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and success.
- Ensure standards and compliance are maintained in the General Manager's absence.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, making them feel valued and appreciated.
