Deputy General Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at COSMO Restaurant Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve exceptional performance in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Develop and implement effective succession planning to ensure a smooth transition of leadership roles.
- Make strategic decisions that impact the success of the business, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and wastage, ensuring they are within company parameters.
- Rota team members to maximize customer service and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures, standards, and licensing laws at all times.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team by effective talent management and development of all team members.
- Maintain a motivated team, creating a great learning atmosphere and work environment.
- Cascade knowledge, drive training, and provide feedback to identify improvements and areas for development.
- Exceed service expectations and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Promote brand values through effective marketing strategies and local marketing initiatives.
- Perform any reasonable duties as required to contribute to the achievement of business aims and objectives.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Health and Safety Level 2.
- Food Safety Level 3.
- First Aid.
- Fire Marshall/Warden.
