About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Potens. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and supporting the Registered Manager in achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high standards of care and support.
- Lead and motivate a team of support workers to deliver exceptional services.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rota and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of NVQ level 3 and willingness to complete Level 5.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
- Valid driver's license.
