- Supporting engineers in ensuring compliance with documentation, processes, and procurement activities.
- Collating and maintaining tooling documents and records to ensure record retention and standardization.
- Ensuring data accuracy and content in planning programs.
- Attending technical meetings as scribe and publishing minutes.
- Supporting activities within TeamCenter, including placeholder creation, folder management, and revision control.
- Liaising with program teams to maintain master planning tools.
Requirements:
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to processes.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and experience with SAP, TeamCenter, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work flexibly to meet business demands.
- Experience in a manufacturing business is preferred but not essential.
Security Clearance:
This role requires a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats. The successful candidate must be a UK national or hold a MoD-approved clearance.
