Job Title:

Customer Service Advisor - Reporting

Job Summary:

SGS is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their requirements are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Act as LIMS 'Superuser' for onboarding and training new customers, as well as supporting other LIMS users with training or troubleshooting.
  • Accompany the Commercial team on pre and post-sales visits to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Manage and maintain Service Level Agreements for all customers in line with quality standards.
  • Ensure customer issues are dealt with efficiently, informing the Customer Services Manager of any problems that may arise.
  • Support the Customer Services Manager in implementing new procedures and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • English, Maths & Science GSCE A*-C or Equivalent
  • T. literate, including good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of LIMS databases
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality
  • Full driving licence
