As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for welcoming and engaging customers, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the success of our Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet aftersales customers to our Centre and ensure their experience is second to none
- Participate fully in all scheduled training activities, including sessions at the Toyota Academy in Burnaston, Derbyshire
- Keep all learning logs up to date and ensure you are prepared for learning reviews with your manager, mentor, and Learning & Development Advisor
- Get involved with activities that raise the profile of your Centre, such as community events promoting the Toyota brand and attracting new customers
We are looking for individuals who are professional, have a smart personal appearance, and high standards of verbal and written communication. You must be literate and numerate, with a desire to learn and a genuine interest in offering excellent customer service. Practical, logical, able to listen, follow instructions, and willing to study are essential skills for this role.
