Position Overview...

We are excited to announce an opening for a Lead Sales Executive to become a vital part of the sales team at Richmond Harbour Hotel.
As the Lead Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of event inquiries, including corporate meetings, private gatherings, and weddings. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, a proactive mindset, and a keen attention to detail. You should be adept at fostering client relationships and exhibit strong planning and organizational capabilities.
Previous experience in a sales role is essential, showcasing enthusiasm, determination, and a focus on achieving outstanding results. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
This position is integral to a collaborative team environment, where you will also serve as a mentor and key support to the Sales Coordinator, stepping in for the Sales & Events Manager when necessary.
While prior experience in the hospitality sector is preferred, familiarity with relevant software systems will be beneficial, though comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
