Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional who will report directly to the Sales leader at our EMEA headquarters. This position will be responsible for achieving new business objectives and managing a designated territory within the regional agency sales and account management team, focusing on fostering sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and align sales strategies aimed at growth and revenue generation for both new and existing business, encompassing new client acquisition, contract renewals, new product sales initiatives, and market share expansion within the agency territory. Refine annual sales strategies and execution plans; conduct continuous market analysis and research to pinpoint top opportunities and potential risks. Negotiate lucrative contracts to optimize Sabre's revenue streams. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective customer management and long-term commercial success. Implement and uphold robust sales management practices to deliver accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts to support business expansion. Ensure key clients maximize their use of Sabre technology and achieve agreed-upon targets. Drive sales of new solutions to both existing and prospective clients to meet annual regional sales goals. Establish and nurture high levels of customer engagement at various organizational levels, positioning Sabre as an innovative leader in the territory. Provide regular, detailed reports on customer activities and solution performance to leadership. Work closely with marketing, customer engagement, product management, delivery, and consulting teams to ensure alignment of activities with the overall corporate strategy. Build strong relationships with internal leaders and stakeholders across Sabre, responsible for collaboration and process development across all segments in the region.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Approximately 10 years of relevant sales experience. Degree in a related field. In-depth understanding of the market landscape, including knowledge of key players, competitive dynamics, trends, opportunities, and challenges. Experience in a customer-focused environment. Proven track record in sales and successful negotiation closure. Demonstrated passion and success in managing and growing within a sales organization. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization, with strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Strong conflict resolution abilities, persistence in overcoming obstacles, and a commitment to follow-through. Professional demeanor and business acumen with effective oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness. Strong knowledge of the travel/hospitality sectors and/or enterprise software industry. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and work outside of standard office hours as necessary.
