Job Title: Senior Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Account Director to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role:
  • Lead high-value client relationships and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts and stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to drive business growth and innovation.
About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in professional services or employment agencies.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver at CxO and Excom level.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • First-class verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team.
